Our 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training is ideal for you if you want:

- A yoga immersive experience to enliven your practice and/or reset your body-mind-spirit
- To become a certified yoga teacher and start sharing the practice with others professionally
- An in-depth, spiritually-awakening experience, but are short on free time
